Crumble ground beef or sausage into Stack Cooker Colander.
Place colander in 3-Qt casserole.
Cover and cook on high for 3 min.
Stir with spatula to break up
Cook for another 3 min & stir again
Continue cooking & stirring until meat reaches desired doneness.
For heightened flavor when preparing meat for tacos, chili, etc,
chop an onion in the TW Chop'n Prep and add to crumbled meat
in the beginning. This will cook meat & onion at the same time.
Fat has automatically been drained from meat.
Meat is now ready to mix into your favorite recipe.
