Baked Apples


Serves 6
Serving Size 1 apple
Prep: 20 minutes
Cook: 35-40 minutes

¼ cup oats
½ cup pecans
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup flour
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend
4 tbsp. butter, melted
6 small–medium Granny Smith apples
½ cup apple juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
 

Preheat oven to 375®F/190®C.
To prepare topping, place oats through butter into base of
Power
ChefSystem fitted with blade attachment.
Cover and pull cord 6–8 times, until pecans are
chopped and ingredients mixed. Set aside.
Using a Chef Series Pro Paring knife, cut off the top
of each apple (about a ¼ inch slice) and reserve.
Then cut out core down to about ½ inch from apple bottom.
Remove thin slice from bottom of apple so it stands up.
Pack ¼ cup topping into apple, replace apple top.
Repeat with remaining 5 apples, and arrange in Cover from Ultra Pro
Lasagna Pan. Combine apple juice and maple syrup.
Pour into bottom of Ultra Pro Cover.
Bake 35–40 minutes, or until apple is fork tender.
Drizzle apple juice/syrup glaze over apples and serve warm.

Blueberry French Toast Casserole

Serves: 4 Serving size: ¼ of casserole or (4 oz./115g) 8 slices white bread 3 large eggs
1½ cups whole milk
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence
 Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend
½ cup fresh blueberries
Pinch of salt


Slice bread into large triangles. Set aside.
Crack eggs into TupperWave® Stack Cooker 3 Qt./3 L Casserole.Add milk, syrup, seasoning blend and salt. Whisk until combined. Sprinkle  blueberries on top. Add bread slices and press bread down into the custard to submerge. Place Cover over Casserole and microwave at 50 percent power for 12 minutes,
or until the casserole has puffed and risen,
and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let rest, covered, five minutes. Serve with additional maple syrup

Piquant Cucumber Slices

Mix the following ingredients in Quick Chef Pro 
until well blended (using blender attachment)
Pour into Square Pick-a-Deli container
8 T. Sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
4 t. salt
4 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. pepper 
2 t. celery seed

Peel & cut cucumbers into slices 1/8 inch thick.
Add to the vinegar mixture and chill before serving.

 
                                 

Spaghetti Pie

Cook 6 oz of spaghetti in Pasta Maker
Drain and mix until cheese melts:
1 Cup shredded cheese
1/2 C cottage cheese
1 egg

Line bottom and sides of TupperWave Stack Cooker 3 Qt casserole
Pour in spaghetti sauce of choice
*sausage in the sauce is really yummy!
(Cook sausage in TupperWave Stack Cooker with colander). 

Pour into shell.  Top with Parmesan cheese. 
Microwave on high for 8 min.

Kristal's Chicken & Veggie Pasta

Place cubed chicken in large colander of Smart Steamer

Chop the following using Quick Chef Pro
1-Large red onion-chunked and chopped
1-lg white onion
1-lg green pepper
2 garlic cloves

Add: 
1- salt
1-t garlic salt
½ t oregano
¾ t basil

(or season as desired)

Pour above ingredients over chicken

and steam for 20 min on high in the microwave.
Reserve steaming juice.


Cook 6 servings of pasta in Pasta Maker
(spaghetti noodles, rigatoni, etc)
Drain pasta & mix with ¼ C steaming juice,
Add 1-fresh diced tomato and toss gently together
with chicken & veggies.
Add ¼ C Parmesan cheese and toss. 
(if too dry add more liquid from steamed veggies)

Gina's Breakfast Casserole


Pour 1/2 bag of frozen hash browns into 3 Qt Stack Cooker casserole. 
Cover & microwave on high for 5 min to pre-cook.
Remove from microwave & sprinkle with seasoning mix below

Combine the following in a small Wonderlier Bowl
and use to season the hashbrowns.
Store in a modular oval container
1 Cup Salt
1/4 C. Garlic Salt
1/4 C. pepper

Spread 4 slices of cooked & cubed ham over potatoes
Blend 6 eggs in the Quick Shake Container & pour over has
as evenly as possible

Sprinkle with more seasoning and microwave on high
for 15 min or until eggs are set
Let stand for 5 min before checking for doneness.
Add 8 oz shredded cheddar, cover & microwave on
med heat for 3-5 min until cheese is melted.

 

Potato Burger Pie

1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg 
¼ cup ketchup 
1 tsp instant bouillon (or burger rub)   
Pepper
8 cups frozen hash browns
½ cup chopped onion
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1-8 oz Pkg. shredded taco cheese
¼ cup chopped green pepper

In Thatsa bowl, combine meat, crumbs, egg,
ketchup, bouillon and pepper.
Using the silicone spatula press into and up the sides
of Tupperwave Colander and place over the 1¾ Qt. Casserole.
Combine potatoes, onion, mushroom, green pepper
and ½ cup of the cheese.
Spoon over the meat mixture.
Cover and microwave on high for 20 min.
Let stand for 5 min.
Top with remaining cheese and cover again until serving.

Chicken Fajitas

2 large chicken breasts, cut into thin, bite-size strips
4 -7 inch flour tortillas
1 green bell pepper strips                                                                                         1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 small onions, cut into thin strips
1 cup shredded lettuce
Fajita Seasoning
Sour cream, salsa and other toppings

Slice chicken, bell pepper and onion into strips. Place in TupperWave 1 ¾ Q or 3 Qt casserole dish & sprinkle ½ pkg of Fajita seasoning mix over chicken & veggies. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes at medium power (times may vary with microwaves). Add rest of Fajita seasoning, mix and cook for another 3-5 min.  For best results check after 8 minutes until you are familiar with this recipe. Serve with warm flour tortillas, grated cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.

Meat Balls

Place the following in a Thatsa Bowl
& mix together using the silicone spatula:

2- lbs ground beef 
1-small onion (chop in Chop'n Prep)
2-eggs lighten beaten
3/4 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup Italian seasoning

Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place meatballs into Colander of Stack Cooker in a single layer
Place colander into 3-Qt Stack Cooker
Microwave on high for 5-7 min.

Repeat process until all meatballs are cooked (2-3 batches)

Yields 48 meatballs



                                                                                     
 

Salsa Chicken


 
4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Jar of salsa

Place chicken in colander of Stack Cooker
Season as desired and garnish with salsa.
Place Colander into 3-Qt Casserole
Cover & Microwave about 10-12 minutes (more if breasts are thick).
Let stand at least 3 min. before removing from microwave
and checking for doneness.

Brown Ground Beef & Sausage


Crumble ground beef or sausage into Stack Cooker Colander.
Place colander in 3-Qt casserole.
Cover and cook on high for 3 min.
Stir with spatula to break up
Cook for another 3 min & stir again
 Continue cooking & stirring until meat reaches desired doneness.
 
For heightened flavor when preparing meat for tacos, chili, etc,
chop an onion in the TW Chop'n Prep and add to crumbled meat
in the beginning.  This will cook meat & onion at the same time.
 
Fat has automatically been drained from meat.
Meat is now ready to mix into your favorite recipe.
 
 

German Chocolate Cake

Using Power Chef Appliance mix German Chocolate Cake as directed on package.
Place cone in 3-Qt Stack Cooker Casserole & pour cake around cone.
Drop by teaspoon full, around the cone, one can of coconut pecan icing.
Cover & microwave on high for 8-9 min.
Remove from microwave & let cool for 5-10 min.
Invert onto large round plate and experience the magic!

Pineapple Upside Down Cake


Place 3-T. Butter and 3-T. Brown Sugar in TW 2-Cup micro measuring pitcher.
Cover with 1-C pitcher & microwave for 1 min at 50% power or until melted together.

Place cone in center of 3-Qt Stack Cooker Casserole. 
Pour butter & sugar mixture around cone.
Using TW can opener, open can of pineapple rings & place 6 rings around cone.
Place a maraschino cherry in hold of each pineapple ring.

Using TW Power Chef appliance, mix yellow cake mix together as directed on box.
Pour cake mix around cone.
Invert cover & place in microwave. 
Place cake on top of cover & cook for 9 min. on high.

Remove from microwave & let cook for 10-15 min.
Invert cake into cover.

Whip heavy cream using TW Power Chef Appliance
Slice Cake & garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped cream.

Cheesy Potatoes

Peel 8 large potatoes and cut into 1/4 in slices
Chop one small onion in Chop'n Prep
Using TW Shears, cut 4-6 slices of pre-cooked bacon into small pieces
Place above ingredients into 3-qt Stack Cooker Casserole
Cover and microwave on high for 12 min.

Remove and test potatoes with fork for doneness.
Stir in with silicone spatula:
2 Cups sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 Cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cover to allow steam to melt cheese
Reheat for a few min. if necessary
Stir before serving

Microwave Peanut Brittle


Step One - 1/8 tsp Salt –1 cup Sugar – 1 cup Corn Syrup – ½ cup Peanuts
Place above items in your Tupperware Stack Cooker Base,
Mix well with Saucy Silicone Spatula.
Microwave on high power for 4 minutes.

Step Two - Remove from microwave & carefully stir in 1 tsp butter & 1 tsp vanilla
 with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Microwave an additional 2 minutes.
Peanuts and syrup should be light brown in color.

Step Three – With Saucy Silicone Spatula carefully stir in 1 tsp Baking Soda
(for an airy effect),
This will double in size so be careful so as not to get mixture on you.

Step Four – Quickly and carefully pour the mixture onto Silicone Wonder Mat,
let cool, break into bite size pieces for your enjoyment

 

Farmer's Breakfast

1/4 Cup each sliced green onion and chopped green pepper
1-Cup fresh sliced mushrooms
3-Tablespoons Butter
3-Cups frozen hashbrowns
9-12 eggs
3-Tablespoons Water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups diced cooked ham, bacon or sausage
2-Cups shredded Cheese

Place onions, pepper, mushrooms & butter in 3-Qt. Stack Cooker Casserole and microwave on high 2-3 minutes.  Add potatoes, cover and cook on high 8-10 min or until tender, stirring once.  Blend eggs, water & pepper in quick shake and stir into potato mixture.  Add ham and 1/2 cup cheese.  Cook uncovered on high 6-8 min or until eggs are almost set, pushing cooked portions to the center every two minutes.  Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover and let stand 5 min.

Carmel Corn


1.     Pop 2 packages of microwave popcorn, then transfer to a big brown paper bag
2.     Measure into the 3 QT Stack Cooker Casserole, 1- cup light brown sugar,
1 stick of butter and ¼ light Karo syrup
3.     Cover and cook on high 2.5 min, stir & cook an additional 2.5 min.
4.     Stir and add 1 tsp. baking soda and stir rapidly until it is caramelized. 
5.     Pour over the popcorn, fold down the top and shake, shake, shake
(pass around the room)
6.     Microwave in the brown bag for an additional 1 minute.
7.     Spread popcorn out on a pastry sheet to dry.
8.     Serve and store in Mega Thatsa Bowl

Baked Potatoes

Place cone in 3 qt casserole of Stack Cooker
Arrange 8 lg baking potatoes around cone
Microwave on high for 15 min.  Let stand for 5 min.
Adjust time according to your microwave.  Do not overcook.

For crisp skins, place on top rack of barbeque grill while you’re
cooking the steaks!
 
*Fewer potatoes take less time

 

Rice Pudding

Combine the following in Stack Cooker 3 qt casserole:
3-4 cups cooked rice
(use leftovers from your  favorite Chinese restaurant)
1 sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla to taste
Nutmeg/cinnamon to taste
4+ cups milk

Microwave at 60% for 15 min, let stand 5 min
Serve warm

 

 

Mac and Cheese

Cook 2 cups macaroni in the pasta cooker as directed
Drain and add 2 cups Colby Jack cheese and 1/4 cup milk
Stir gently with spatula to blend.  Cover to let steam melt cheese.
If necessary reheat at 50% power for 2-3 min or
until cheese is desired consistency
