Our 35 year journey with Tupperware has afforded us both the time and the means to enjoy an abundant lifestyle for us, our children and grandchildren. Apple Salsa

Apple Salsa
3 Gala Apples
1/2 onion
JalapeƱo or Anaheim pepper 
chopped cilantro
minced fresh garlic
1 T southwest chipotle seasoning
1/2 of a squeezed lime or lemon
Garlic salt
 
Core & slice apples using your Universal Series knife & chop in Quick chef with onion, turning handle about 3 times, cut cilantro with chef series Shears into Chop N Prep with pepper, chop until blended well then place into Quick Chef with apple mixture. Using TW garlic press, add Garlic to Quick Chef and put lid on with funnel and using the Zest N Press gadget, squeeze in your lime juice.  Chop until you reach the consistency that you enjoy, Sprinkle in garlic salt & southwest Chipotle seasoning to taste using the MM spice shaker!!   Delicious especially for those who may not like tomato's.   you can omit the peppers & it is still wonderful, sometimes I will add a Mango

Chili Dogs

Place two hot dogs, hot dog bun and chili over the top, in the breakfast maker
Microwave for 3 minutes perfect dogs hot dog can not be frozen.

(You can also cook 2 chicken in the breakfast maker. It will take a bit longer but you do it the same way)  chicken is about 5 minutes

Whole Chicken

1-whole chicken, 3-4 lbs. Wash thoroughly inside and out.

Place onion in cavity & season outside with salt & pepper
Place chicken in stack cooker.
Cover & cook on high, 7 min. per pound.

When timer goes off let chicken stand in Microwave for 3-5 min.
Insert fork into breast to test for doneness. If juice does no ooze out when poked, chicken is done.

Pull legs & wings apart, slice breast & enjoy!

Fruity Oatmeal Cobbler

12-soft oatmeal cookies (like "Archway")
1 can any flavor prepared pie filling

Crumble 8 cookies in the bottom of Tupperware Vent N Serve
Large Shallow container. Pat firmly into pan with spatula.

Pour pie filling on top & spread evenly.
Crumble 4 remaining cookies on top of filling.
Seal container, 
vent & microwave for 8 minutes at 60% power or until heated through.

Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream & serve while warm.
*Ingredients may also be divided equally & placed in two Vent ‘N Serve large shallow containers………one for now, one for later.

Chicken Cordon Bleu for One

1/2 chicken breast Italian seasoned
1-slice swiss cheese bread crumbs
1-slice ham parmesan cheese
melted butter
Pound chicken breast until flat. Lay one slice of ham & one slice of cheese on top of breast. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip in melted butter. Roll in mixture of bread crumbs & parmesan cheese. Place in Tupperware Small Vent N Serve container. Seal, rock the vent and microwave on high for 1-1/2 min.

Microwave Lasagne

1 lb ground beef (uncooked)
1 pkg mini lasagna (uncooked)
1 lb cottage cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
3 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)

Layer ingredients in 2-Vent 'N Serve Lg Shallow Cont. Cover & vent. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 min. & serve .

Serves 8-10
*Eat one now, freeze one for later.
 
 

Weight Watcher Cake

Only 2 points

Mix together using Power Chef Appliance:

1 cake mix
1-12 oz can diet soda
Place cone in center of 3-Qt Stack Cooker Casserole & pour cake around cone
or pour into large deep vent'n serve container.
Cover & microwave for 8-10 Min. on high

Invert and Serve!

Delicious combinations
• Orange cake with Orange diet soda
• White cake with Cherry diet soda
• Strawberry cake with berry diet soda
• Spice cake with diet Cream Soda
• Lemon cake with diet 7-Up
• Choc cake with diet Dr. Pepper.


*regular soda can be used but will increased point value per portion

Manicotti

MICROWAVE MANICOTTI
(Serves 4-6)

1-box manicotti shells
2-cups cottage cheese
2-cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
2-eggs
parsley if desired
1-jar spaghetti sauce

Boil shells in pasta cooker on high for 9 mins  or until barely tender, drain & set aside
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley & mozzarella til well blended.
Coat bottom of Large Shallow Vent N Serve with spaghetti sauce
Slice shells open with scissors & fill with about 2 T. of cheese filling.

Roll up & place seam side down in pan
Pour remaining sauce over filled shells
Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top

Microwave on 60% for 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 min.
 

Egg McMuffin in a Mug

Place bottom 1/2 of English muffin in Crystal Wave Soup Mug
Crack egg on top, puncture yolk
Place slice of Canadian bacon on top of egg
Place slice of cheese on top of bacon
Place top 1/2 of muffin on top of cheese

Cover & vent. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 min. Let stand. Enjoy!

Light Macaroni Salad

Cook 3 cups macaroni in pasta cooker as directed
Drain, rinse with cold water, drain, rinse again, drain
Pour into Thatsa Bowl
Add the following raw veggies:
       Shredded Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Sliced Red Onion
Black Olives
Artichoke Hearts
Grape Tomatoes
Toss together with your favorite light Italian dressing.
 Chill & enjoy!
